Cylinder-Mounted Holders

Cylinder Mounted Holdlers mount direclty to air or hydraulic cylinder pistons. They are ideal for assembly special multi-head resistance welding equipment. Current and coolant are brought directly to each individual holder.

They are available in two holder types:

• Straight Barrel Holders for welding in line with the cylinder piston
• Offset Holders for difficult to reach welds not in line with the cylinder piston.

The Cylinder Mounted Holder Assembly components are sold separately. The assembly contains four components:

1. The cylinder mounted holder
2. The clamp for connection to the shunt or weld cable
3. A threaded electrode adapter 
4. A water tube to carry the cooling water directly to the tip
